Information connected with a visit or order
When you browse or order, we may receive your name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, selected products, order history, support messages, return details, and the information you include in a privacy request. Shopify and relevant providers may generate device and browser information, IP address, identifiers, page interactions, security logs, and preference signals. Payment providers process card or wallet details and return transaction status to us; do not send full payment credentials to support.
Information can come from you, your device, Shopify, and service providers that assist with payment, delivery, fraud prevention, support, or site operation. We use it to process and deliver orders, send necessary updates, handle questions and returns, protect the store, keep records, and meet legal obligations. We may use eligible information for analytics or advertising only when those tools are actually enabled and applicable law and your choices permit it.
Cookies, pixels, and similar tools
Necessary technology supports functions such as cart persistence, checkout, security, and preference storage. Optional preference, analytics, and advertising technologies may be available on this Shopify storefront. An analytics or advertising category is not a statement that every named tool is currently active. Browser settings and any available Shopify privacy controls can help you manage applicable choices.
If enabled, Google Analytics may measure visits; Google Ads conversion tracking, remarketing, Enhanced Conversions, and personalized advertising may use identifiers or information submitted during a transaction in accordance with applicable settings and law. We have not independently verified activation of each of those features, so we do not describe them as currently in use. Maps and outside services
The map on our homepage and Contact page is loaded from Google. Loading it sends a technical request to Google that may include your IP address, browser details, and the map location query. Google's handling is described in its Privacy Policy. Shopify hosts the storefront. Payment, shipping, fraud prevention, and other service providers receive the information reasonably needed for their tasks. Those providers may operate under their own notices.
Disclosure, retention, and security
We disclose information to service providers for store operation and to authorities when a lawful request or obligation applies. We may also transfer information as part of a legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable protections. We keep records for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, returns, security, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them as appropriate. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure; we use reasonable safeguards and investigate issues brought to our attention.
Shopify and other providers may process information outside your state or country. Where applicable, their safeguards and legal requirements govern those transfers. This storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information.
U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state and the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of a sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising. California residents may have rights under the CCPA and CPRA; other state laws can provide similar or different rights. We do not promise that every right applies to every person or that all states use the same response period.
Where required and technically supported, we process an applicable Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending it. A signal may not identify an account or apply across every device. You may also use Your Privacy Choices or email us with the subject “Privacy request.” We may verify your identity, and an authorized agent may need to show authority. We respond within the period required by applicable law and notify you if a lawful extension is needed.
If an applicable request is declined, reply with “Privacy appeal” and identify the decision. We will review the appeal and explain any additional recourse required by the law that applies. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
